I am very happy with my apartment and location
I continue to live at 37 Verrazzano BLVD in Poughkeepsie and feel comfortable with this gorgeous spacious place. .I I'd like Maintenance to come more often and clean up the outside more, and have the grass cut more often. This past year has been quiet and safe to walk my dog, But, in the past month there has been a lot of disruptiveness from my neighbor and her partner. If we can settle this situation, I would feel safer. The air conditioners could use new filters, also when I moved in my handle to my microwave was super glued, and it was documented by Jennifer the old manager. But, I am happy to say management has worked with my finical issues, and I greatly appreciated it.
Side back yard to be maintained
I know the season has just started with keeping up with the lawn, but id like to see the lawn well maintained. It would be nice to have a seated area on the side of the yard where there could be a fire pit or atleast a grill.
