Good Place
The building is brand new so all of the amenities work great. The location is alright considering we are so close to the bridge and the town of Poughkeepsie. Unfortunately, the building is right next to a bus stop and we hear the loud bus come and go at all hours of the day.
Excellent service and living
Very pleasant and quiet environment to reside. Good neighbors living closeby. Feel like there is a sense of community there. Good service with maintenance and upkeep.
Wonderful location and accomidation
I have been living here for the last few months, and my ease of moving in and settling was relatively easy. Of the neighbors I have met, they have all been wonderfully pleasant. The community here is relatively quiet but friendly. Neighbors help ensure we all get our packages if they are delivered outside the communal door. The building is generally peaceful and well cared for. The apartment itself is easy to care for, and the property manager and staff have helped take care of issues when they arise. The things I enjoy about my apartment are the windows, the number of electrical outlets, the size of the rooms, the closet, and the bathroom. I wish there were a coat closet and/or pantry to maximize storage, but that is my only honest criticism. The layout was well thoughout and the kitchen is easy to use and cook in. Overall, I highly recommend this building or other properties Baxter manages since my overall experience has been positive.
