Overlook piermont is the best

Everything was amazing, and had everything i needed. Nick and afrim provided high quality service. If I were to do it all over i would go to the overlook @piermont again. Thank you guys

The best rental experience Rockland, NY

I had the pleasure of living at The Overlook in Piermont for four years, and I can’t say enough positive things about my experience. My one-bedroom apartment was big and spacious, featuring high-quality and durable appliances, including an in-unit washer and dryer. The added bonus of a porch made it even better, providing a great space to relax outdoors. The property itself is beautifully maintained, with common areas like the grounds space being well kept on a weekly basis. The workout facility was spotless and had everything I needed for a full workout, so much so that I didn’t even need a gym membership during my stay. The management team, led by Nick, was outstanding. Nick is an exceptional property manager—always great to work with and able to communicate with residents on a personal level. Anytime I needed something fixed or replaced in my apartment, Afrim, the supervisor, was always available and took care of it promptly. Their combined efforts made living here a truly hassle-free experience. Parking was never an issue, and the overall atmosphere of the community was calm and pleasant. The rental prices were fair for the area, and the convenience of the location can’t be beat—close to Jersey, close to Westchester, and right in the heart of Rockland County. If I didn’t have to move, I would have happily stayed long-term. I’m really going to miss living here. I highly recommend The Overlook to anyone looking for a place to live in Rockland County. This property has everything you could need, along with a management team that truly cares about its residents.

Great Location, close to Jersey, quiet, friendly neighbors . Rent a cafe app can be confusing. When making payments should have a field for comments.

the overlook at Piermont

I've lived here at The Overlook for 2 years now and have nothing but good things to say. The parking is perfect and all the neighbors or tenants are super friendly. The landlord including staff are always there for you and go out of there way if need be. The grounds are always kept up beautifully and the apartments are extremely clean and include ALL the amenities. I'm feel so grateful i found this little gem and couldn't be happier.
