Honesty

The building itself is not so great. There are laundry rooms on each floor with washers and dryers from 2nd to 5th floor and none of them work. You have to go to the first floor to use a small washer. The staircases are constantly filled with teens that don't live in the building. They smoke weed, litter and make noise. Super does nothing and the office says call the police. They continue to come back. No one hardly answers the phones when you call the office for whatever business you have to have to tend to with them. The building should be cleaned everyday but it's not. Garbage is taken out but floors aren't swept or mopped frequently. If they are , t's one side of the whole floor, not the whole floor. People sit on the steps; they leave their garbage in front of the building and there are certain ppl that have lived there for years that you would want to avoid. Alot of negativity.
