I've lived at the building for just over a year. Decent pre-war building that is a value compared to newer/more recently renovated buildings in NoLita. Can't beat the location. No amenities and siding on hallways is always falling down. Nice roof (unfurnished) with decent views of the city.

It has been pretty good living here. The management is attentive and responsive when you send requests and they keep the building pretty clean.

Love the apartment, great starter 1-Bed. Very clean, new flooring, upgraded kitchen cabinets. Small kitchen & bedroom, and lack of closet space are the biggest issues/cons of the unit. Other than that the bathroom is great and the living room is a nice layout with sufficient space for TV, couch, desk and coffee table.
