Only lived here for 2 weeks but it's been fine so far. No issue with noise or anything.

I have so far lived here for 1 year. The apartment is nice and renovated, however the floors are all uneven. The pipes are exceptionally loud in the winter but stays warm for the most part. In the summer the building bakes like an oven since there isn't very much air circulation or built-in fans. this can be managed with window AC units but can be incredibly uncomfortable still. maintenance on the pipes happen frequently, so occasionally the water gets shut off or comes out brown. This is fixed within a day or so (or by running the water) but get a brita filter at the very least. This can be very inconvenient when you need to shower (happened mostly in the summer.) Not a bad place to live for the price, but has its "quirks" and may be uncomfortable to some.
