Love the location and the building was adequate. Had an issue with a ceiling leaking multiple times but the leasing company did not offer to do anything besides a cosmetic repair.

Terrible value for what we're paying

We pay too much for too little in this building. Location's great but the overall cleanliness of the hallways (old carpets) + lack of proper trash disposal/cleaning by the staircase. There's no dryers/washers and we pay too darn much for too little! We will not be coming back in the foreseeable future after this pandemic and will be moving to a newer, more updated building.
