I like it but could have some improvements!

Should clean, sanatize the pool and pool area daily. Pool temperature is always freezing, even when is over 90 degrees water is way too cold to enjoy it. Cover parking need better ways to keep birds from dirtying the cars. Everything else is good as of now.
