Great Living Experience
We've been here for 3 years. Maintenance staff & ease of putting in work orders is excellent. The ammenities, built into your rent (pool, gym, lake access, tennis court, basketball court, monthly events) are tops! I believe it to be the best bang for your buck in Northern Westchester & for any and all who live/work in any part of Westchester or don't mind a commute to NYC.
One of the best places to rent apartment
It is honestly one of the best places to rent an apartment. It has everything you need in an apartment, washer and dryer, dish washer, and lots of storage space, Maintenance staff are very nice and come to your apartment to complete the issue fast. Susan is also very nice and accommodating. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.
Great apartment
This is a great apartment. The location is perfect between the major highway and stores. I love that there is enough parking for all residents and guests.
Great Complex
Complex is located in a Lakeland School district which is great schools. Units are nice and large for 2 bed apartments and we enjoy living here with our family. My Kids enjoy the pool in summertime and are there everyday when it is open. It is also dog friendly which is great for all people with pets. My kids walk down to basketball court and play with their friends as it is located inside the complex and this is nice and convenient.
