It is very quiet and peaceful living here, it has been harder to schedule maintenance as the property owners are managing from afar. Overall a positive experience, although the rent is higher than comparable spaces right in town and i will be looking for a more affordable apartment when our 1 year lease is up.

I have been disappointed at every turn since moving here. The management is incompetent and unhelpful. My apartment has been basically been falling apart since I moved in (all of the issues were photographed and sent to management) and I had to wait 5 months for the bare minimum to be done. The garbage situation has been a disgusting mess since I moved in. Even after making changes to the garbage and recycling process for the complex, it is still a disgusting mess. I have lived in many places (in different cities in various countries) and this has been, by far, my most unpleasant living experience.

There are myriad maintenance issues that have not been taken care of at all, and any issues that get addressed are done inefficiently and substandardly. Management is unresponsive and unhelpful. The units are old and poorly taken care of. Trash is not picked up promptly, nor with a regular schedule, so it piles up; creating an unhygienic and unsightly mess. These townhomes seem like a good value until one actually lives here and realizes the many egregious shortcomings, mostly due to management. I truly regret moving here and signing a year lease.
