So Far So Good

Haven't been here long. But so far no issues. Any repairs that needed to be done was done in a timely manner. They try to keep things in good shape. The laundry room has been fine. Sometimes I wish there was more than 2 washers. At least 2 more but larger would be good. It's rare that I can hear neighbors being loud from inside the apt. I'm happy I don't hear nonstop stomping from the people above me. Unlike my last apt. It's pretty quite and friendly.

Too expensive

I have had nothing but leaks and moths in my apartment. The leaks have been so bad I can't have my kids there. I have had zero follow up about any work being done. The amount of rent is way too high for the stuff I have been dealing with. It was advertised as $1353/month which is fine, but then adding in water, sewer, and trash brings it OVER $1500 and honestly it's not even worth the $1353. We have ONE WORKING WASHER in the whole building, I can't use certain appliances because they leak, I've submitted MULTIPLE maintenance requests since I moved in less than 6 months ago, none of the things have been fixed that I was told would be fixed when I moved in (it shouldn't take 6 months to replace a light in the kitchen or a panel for my blinds), but I'm still expected to pay over $1500 every month. The apartment is far from worth it and I'm not renewing my lease. I have been dealing with enough going through a divorce and having hours cut at work, and now I can't even relax in my own home because there is LITERALLY ALWAYS a problem. I'm honestly angry.

The community is quiet in general, I have lived here for 7 months, the only recommendation is the maintenance and cleaning of the washing machines, I would recommend living here because it is very well located and has several spaces for the family

Great Place!

North Pointe is a convenient and beautiful complex to live in. It is central to everything you could possibly need in the center of Clifton Park/Halfmoon. And it has a lot of green space and is family and pet friendly.
