Nice place to live

I have had some minor issues living here but they all have been addressed. Turnover for management is high but other than that I have no complaints

Spacious 2 Bedroom on 1st Floor

Lived here for 2-yrs. All hardwood throughout the flat. Spacious 2-BR for one 1-2 people. I converted 2nd BR into office which helps me separate my work from my living space. Area is OK - Main St. could use some road repairs but close enough to Allen / Elmwood. Stainless steel appliances and good natural lighting. Pet friendly although $250.00 deposit + $25. / month is a bit excessive for a cat. Maintenance in the parking lot is not great - have been trapped in there a few times this winter waiting for plows. Overall fair value for the price.

1110 Main

Overall the apartments at 1110 Main are nice and spacious, but there is a ton of noise from people upstairs in combination with just city/road noise as it is right on busy main street. The washing machine has eaten my quarters multiple times and the dryer has left my clothes wet even after multiple cycles which is frustrating because you have to pay with quarters each time and there is no change machine in the building. Maintenance is good and promptly fixes things right when the request is put in, so thats a plus. Overall, the apartment is really nice but the laundry facilities and overall facility could be improved upon.
