1106 Main St. Review

Windows aren't properly installed, lets in ton of excess noise from people and cars on Main Street. I sleep with noise cancelling headphones every night. Other than that and the place itself looks nice and is pretty centrally located. Staff is good and parking situation is great for it being in the City.

Disappointed

Extremely disappointed in Sinatra’s lack of communication, as well as their lack to repair urgent matters. Having to sign a petition to get something fixed is absolutely disgusting and absurd, especially when I am paying $1,200 a month. Not having hot water (And only frigid water) THREE times in one winter is unacceptable. Given attitude by property managers. The property manager should be the direct point of contact for matters, when in reality they ask you why you’re bothering them.

Was not aware I would not be able to park on Main st from Nov-Apr. That is a very important detail we should have been told when looking at this property. Also, the dumpster outside our window gets collected in the early morning hours twice weekly, waking us both up. Another important detail left out by Sinatra staff
