Good location old building. Expensive for what it is

So far so good. No complaints. Quiet and good location

I have lived in this building since 1999. The neighborhood has both positive and negative changes. There are many more restaurants and shops since I've first moved here. The building is close to many train lines and easy to get to Manhattan, and to popular sites and neighborhoods in Brooklyn. However, finding car parking has become difficult since the building of Barclays arena. Also, the stores and restaurants have become pricier. Although the neighborhood has become more diverse, it's been sad to see it become unaffordable to many in the neighborhood who have lived here for a long time. The noise levels have increased and traffic and accidents in the neighborhood have increased. All this being said, there are many options for fun restaurants, parks, cafes, etc. to choose from. You don't have to go into Manhattan to enjoy a good time. There are many children activities and some good schools in the neighborhood although we could always have more good schools.

I've lived in the building since 1999. It's a great location and the rent is ideal and rent stabilized which is great in Brooklyn. The building is cleaned regularly and well maintained. However, the kitchen and bathroom could use an upgrade. Over the years, parking in the area has become challenging. The noise levels from outside has increased. There have been issues with packages being stolen in the building in the last few years.
