Since last winter it's still the same

Property management do not provide enough heat during the nights, you freeze until 6 am when program timing is set, you will hear the heat coming up but its only stays for 5 mins then goes off. They seem to only rent the privilege which breaks their contract before 6mths. Moving out is the norm these days for these short term tenants that inflates the rent leaving no option for the disadvantage,,,

It’s a few things that I was promised and still hasn’t been fixed but overall this is the best place I’ve lived in New York so far.
