It's been great living here. The location is great public transit wise.

Amazing location, very good new building. Maintenance can be slow and 90% of the time there is no one affiliated with Greystar in the building.

Lived here for around a year - building is in good conditions and the neighborhood is great. They changed management a couple of times in the beginning but landed on a good team now that is responsive.

Ive enjoyed living in my apt over the last 2.5 years and hop to stay if rents allow. Clean most of the time and the staff has gotten friendlier over the last few years.

Everything is fine but a failure to vet a first-floor commercial tenant resulted in a fitness studio moving in and making excessive noise from 6AM.
