I have lived here for 4 months. The neighborhood is cozy and close to subway stop.

The apartment faces a noisy street and it isn't for light sleepers. However, the apartment is lovely with a dishwasher and other basic amenities. I've lived here for 2.5 years and other than the price, which I think shouldn't be raised so exorbitantly each year, it is a great neighborhood to live in.

The apartment is vaild nice location good enough fot my purposes

Good flat, but not great amenities and such. Difficult to judge staff because I've never seen them.
