Clean, constantly fumigation, good neighbors, facilities and good location.

The staff are very hard to contact and sometimes it can take days to have an issue resolved.

I have live here for about 4 years now. THe building has been kept in good conditions, clean. This community is clean, quiet and I feel safe! recommend 100 %

This is a very nice building, however the tenant of the above is making noise night and day, almost everyday and it's very annoy. Management is aware , and they did not do anything about it.

Very poor management, wont follow up with you about issues your having. youre basically on your own. Calls go straight to voicemail with no follow up. the only one that is responsive and helpful is the maintenence woman that works here and cleans. she is very good . OTher than that, the office doesnt respond to you. Also there is a homeless person that sleeps in the lobby every other day and nothing is being done about that because shes always here. No luxury building .

Look like my Neighbors upstairs are smoking crack, weed, and cigarettes. All that smoke get into my bathroom and finally into my apartment . Is very unpleasant because those smells don’t stop by closing the door or the vent. I have breathing problems and the rights of my neighbors end when mine begin. Can you please help on that matter
