Why Renters Love It Here
Not bad, not great
It’s a place to live… leaky bathroom cielings due to buildings roof issues have led to black mold (reported a month after move-in) with next to no remedying. No cieling fan, encouraging the tenant to open the window for airflow (to prevent molding, even in cold winter months). No dishwasher, broken intercom system, uneven floors (you could watch a ball roll around if placed on the floor), bedroom/bathroom doors that do not close smoothly. Rent matches the market, the prices are high everywhere, just wish for what the building offers per unit it were cheaper.

Recently moved into a unit in Beacon, NY & I am very satisfied with the space, proximity to work and local buisnesses as well as the helpful staff within the realty company

The location is so amazing. Love it so far.

Lived here a year, great location. Building is older and some of the maintenance fixes appear to be bandaids on underlying issue. Rent is high for amenities but paying for location which is amazing
Far too expensive for what you're getting
The floor is sloped and there isn't a single right angle in the apartment. The building renovations were lazy and the rent is being driven up 20%.
