Life in Astoria
Building is a prewar 5 story walkup unit. Has a laundry in the first floor and a live in super. Previously family owned, recently management acquired building, started to lose its charm. Its tenants are usually young couples and single professionals and occasionally a family with kids.

Lived in the building for 11 years and have noticed since HRV took over, the communication has been really bad.
