The building itself is nice. Communication with management is not easy. Super is great.

In the 50 years I have lived in this building, I have experienced many changes. The progress brought by HRV Management has been impressive.

Building is a prewar 5 story walkup unit. Has a laundry in the first floor and a live in super. Previously family owned, recently management acquired building, started to lose its charm. Its tenants are usually young couples and single professionals and occasionally a family with kids.

I’ve lived in this building for more than 50+ years. Of course i have seen lots of changes in the building and in Astoria. I can’t imagine living anywhere else. Our new management company has brought more safety and amenities to this building.
