Coming up on my 5th year here and am very happy. The staff has always been amicable and the space is great. It's a pretty sizeable 1 bedroom with more closet space than I know what to do with. You're in walking distance from Astoria Park and pretty much any convenience you need. The only draw back is the lack of elevator, but the floors only go up to 3 so it's not so bad. It's also air tight, I never hear my neighbors and traffic noise is pretty low in my opinion. Overall, I'd highly recommend it.

This is my 4th year renewing my lease. My apartment is an excellent size with tons of storage space (compartively) and the staff/super are top notch.
