Pet limit 3 allowed. Pet Friendly. *Breed Restrictions. We are excited to welcome your pets upon approval. Dogs and cats, including puppies and kittens under 1 year, are welcome at our community. Pet residents must have their health check and shots, and be spayed or neutered by 6 months of age. A signed animal addendum is required to be on file at our leasing office. We limit 2 pets per apartment home. Monthly pet rent of $40 will be charged for 1 cat and monthly pet rent of $60 for up to 2 cats.                                                                                                                                                                   Monthly pet rent of $50 will be charged for 1 dog and monthly pet rent or $75 for up to 2 dogs.                                                                                                                                                                                              Where as there are no weight limits, there are breed restrictions. We will accept all breeds of dogs, except the following or any combination of mixed breed that contain any of the following: Rottweiler, Doberman, Akita, German Shepherd, Pitbull/Staffordshire Terrier, Husky, Chow, Dalmation, and Beagle.                                                                                                                 We reserve the right to add additional restricted breeds at any time.

Crestwood Townhomes are a great place to live. Really gives you a sense of your own home with privacy and space. Everyone is wonderful from Cathy in the leasing office to Jay in maintenance. They handle your needs quickly with professionalism, kindness, and good communication so you always know what’s going on. Very happy here!

This house I just move in two days ago and toilet over flowing bathroom sink over flow and bath rm tubs and sinks nasty basement floor paint coming off this house is no place for None too be and I relocated here t HF e staff cathy kept calling me topay for this place I didnt want bbn to I guess I shouldn't have .she's money hungry for theses ugly apartments .gotta be the project s
