Good place to live

I've been living at The Village at Idlewild for three years. It was the first place that caught my eye when I first moved to Reno, but I had to live somewhere else because there was no vacancies for a two BR, 1 bath unit. Great location, especially if you love the outdoors, neighbors are quiet, and the staff are great!

Love Village @ Idlewild

When I was looking for a place to rent, I landed on the Village @ Idlewild because of location. I've been here 2.5 years and haven't looked back since. The staff is kind and helpful. The neighbors are friendly, but keep to themselves. Appreciate that the location is just what my high schooler needs and there are cafes/stores/churches/schools all within walking. Great place & plan on staying for a long time.

ALMOST - A DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH

I really feel at home here. Good construction, across the street from a huge park, pond and river. Lots of activities, especially on the weekend. Right next to Reno High School. - Little noisy, but building itself is fine as far as apartments go. Residents are friendly and are of all age groups. Drawbacks: Only 3 really. No real clubhouse for activities.....surrounding area pretty sketchy, and on the property; LOT'S OF DOG POOP. Residents really suck when it comes to cleaning up after their animals. So weird to me. Overall, I would absolutely recommend you take a look. Like I said...I really do feel at home and it's been a long time since I've been comfortable.
