It’s ok

The security guard is a joke the amenities are sometimes available sometimes not. The amount of drama it takes to get something major replaced is ridiculous. I have made 3 requests about the same applicance and no response from Corporate on replacing it. It took them 2 years to fix the jets in the jacuzzi even the pool is closed every other day lately. The gym has 3 sets of weights. But yet tbey still keep charging me 2100$ for a 2 bedroom. The back is gate is broken at least 6 times a year. Management does there best and maintenance guys great corporate is trash.

Living In Colonial Grand At Palm Vista

It is pleasant lving here. The landscape is always maintained, the community is quiet and safe. Packages can be left outside without fear of being stolen. There is always accessible parking and the apartments are designed well.

Awesome quiet place

The office staff that I have communicated with..Apple & Jasmine are so very friendly & helpful. The maintence team are prompt with fixing any issues, they are friendly and respectful. I have had Eric at my unit to fix 2 minor issues and he is very friendly.
