Does not care about disabled veterans

The property manager, Carla, refuses to give me a discount on my rent. I had no hot water for 9 days. I’m a disabled veteran and my disability requires hot water soaks daily to cope. She didn’t care about my disability and instead of offering a reasonable solution or at least discounting my rent, she did nothing.

What a joke

Trying to get anything done with the main office staff os nearly impossible. Started contacting the office 30 days prior to the "60 day moveout notice" asking gor my lease renewal options. Every time I called, I was told "they are drawing it up, the assistant is working on it, it will only be a couple days". I finally get the renewal options 4 days before im expected to give them a 60 day notice. A week later I am contacted by office staff on a friday late afternoon asking if I have made my decision, i said yes, and asked if they wanted me to come sign the lease, they said it would have to wait til monday as it was late. Well here I am 3 weeks later and havent heard anything from the office, keep sending emails but never get a response. I wonder if this counts as them breaking the lease agreement.
