Awesome Staff!

Forgot to send in my review, earlier but here it is. I was so pleased with the services I've received here. You have such a wonderful staff. Terry, Leasing Agent, is a blessing. She is very helpful, such as wonderful person. Jimmy is just plain Awesome! He needs an assistant but he is such a great worker. Jimmy is sweet. It's a great feeling when something fails in your apartment to know that Jimmy will be there to save the day. Great Work, Staff!

Ed Blain #109 Move In

Good Morning, I would like to commend the staff and maintenance crew on my move in to #109. This is a beautiful complex, and a rare quality community in the area it is located. I'd like to commend Terry and Jimmy. They worked very hard on making my move in seamless. Terry was very responsive to getting all my paperwork done. Jimmy was a IT magician getting my lease signed on line. They are both truly professionals. The apartment was well prepared for a new tenant. Spotless! ... Only a minor problem with the dishwasher, which I'm sure the maintenance staff will resolve when they can. When The Retreat says 'Welcome Home" they really mean it! ... I look forward to many years calling it my home. Thanks again for a wonderful move in experience, stay safe. Ed Blain #109
