since the last managers left the property the staff are careless and not really helpful when it comes to letting residents know about anything but they will remind you to pay rent on time they announce things late when it's important LIKE RENT!

Family friendly community!
Centrally located to everything! Lots of eateries and bus lines in close proximity. Movie theater in walking distance. Well mananged and a caring staff. Our community is beautifully landscaped and proudly represents " my home ".

Renovation then Covid
our live-in Renovation was nearly complete when the Covid shut down occurred. Now that the office is reopened we will gradually begin to get our Apartment to its fully renovated condition. The new appliances are great and the new lighting fixtures are delightful. The new rent structure makes it a struggle to afford, especially when this economy does not allow for wage increases; but it is a nice place to live.
