A one-person household must not exceed $26,250 gross annual income, a two-person household must not exceed $30,000 gross annual income, and a three-person household must not exceed $33,750. Rates and income thresholds may vary. Monthly rent at Rome Pines II starts at $626 per month for a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment, $578 for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, and $662 for a three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment. To qualify, applicants must earn a minimum monthly income of at least 2 ½ times the amount of rent being charged for the apartment home – income restrictions do apply. Gross annual income requirements are the same as Rome Pines I. Rates and income thresholds may vary. We do not charge for water, sewer, or trash, and we do not charge monthly pet fees.
