future resident parking

As a paying client to have the three front parking spots given away to staff is really a concern that management cant see the forest from the trees. I can see one for employee of the month but to have the rest of us all be paying and not have the ability to grab a front spot when it really is city parking is not too cool.

Cleanliness thru out building

For as much as we pay I would like to see the building common areas kept cleaner. The carpets have stains and aren’t even vacuumed for weeks. Parking in the lot is risky but now that I paid to be in the garage it’s great!
