Pet Policy
Dogs & cats, including puppies & kittens under 1 year, are welcome at our community. Pet residents must have their health check & shots, and be spayed or neutered by 6 months of age. A signed animal addendum is required to be on file at our leasing office. $200 Non refundable pet fee per pet, no pet deposit and $35 monthly pet rent per pet (Both dog and cat) (All fees, deposits and charges noted above are per pet.)We also welcome your domestic pet if it is a bird or fish with written approval from our onsite management team.

just want to say thank you for the way i have bee treated from day one till i moved in and ongoing,,the staff has not only been polite but efficient,, Especially want to thank Oz for fixing the heater in my unit late last night after working all day he turned around to respond to my emergency work order..Again thank you for your professional attitude and kindness,,

Maintenance
I put a mx request in the Month April and the request was answered the next day. The Mx team came in like the NV Swat team and took care of the requests. I'm very much satisfied with the prompt and efficient service.??

Staff
11-2-17 I would like to let you know that two of your staff Randy & Mendoza able to accommodate and help me for my emergency situation last night. They make sure that give me a Good Customer Service regarding the Alarm that we had been having issue for almost 3 days from 10/30 to 11/1. Even was late from last night Mendoza came and fixed the issue. We are really appreciate for Randy and Mendoza for the Job Well Done Good Customer Service.
