They are very efficient and has accommodated my services on many occasions.. They responded very timely and are very cordial. Thanking the two of them for their service

Parking: if you leave during the day chances are you will come back to someone in your parking spot even though there are open spaces in the guest area. Amenities: There is a lounge you can use but can't use for parties or meetings. but you can get a cup of coffee and watch TV. But they are adding other things which has been nice. Dog park is always full of poop and gets cleaned maybe once a month. Maintenance: things get fixed with in a week but you never know when they will show up. They don't give a heads up. Staff: as I was moving in they changed management companies and made everything for me a mess moving in. There have been different staff about 3 or 4 times since I've moved in a year ago. Noise: don't live down stairs!!! you will hear upstairs walk around all the time. Value: not sure, my apartment isn't upgraded and I don't know what the new rates are going to be. Location:Everyone is different but I like it in their area

Amazon Lockers

They don't work. I registered at 9AM 10/31 was told if I had a delivery, the same day, it would work. USPS attempted delivery and it failed at 2:05 PM same day!

Pay More For Less

It just seems like we are paying more for less. The girls who used to work for Chapel Hill were friendly, honest, and accommodating. When Pinnacle took over in January 2019 it was very brash and they had temps running the place until spring 2019. A good argument for rent control, they put a monthly fee for pest control, real estate tax, and the upped the rent even though the water coming out of the faucet smells bad from time to time. Best to get that checked out. There are other incidents that i can talk about but I have only so many characters. I am not impressed with this company and wish they would petition to stop building so many eyesores in this part of town. That is part of the reason the water smells bad from time to time. I'll leave it at that for now.
