Cute Boutique Apartments

I really enjoy living here at the BLVD Boutique Apartments. The apartment itself is small, but it is a functional space for singles. Despite being on the Strip and near the Strat, it’s very quiet. Plus, the community is gated, which keeps your home and car safe. I haven’t had much maintenance issues and everything in my place has nice, up-to-date applicances.

Review

Child sized parking spots are ridiculous. Interesting rules. Location is solid being on the strip. Watch it with the parking I'm among several people that I'm aware of that have been towed and it'll run you a few hundred to get your car back.

I was living for a period of 6 months in this property, I was always a punctual client with all my payments despite the high charge they have for renting the apartment and parking inside when my contract expired and I left the property. I forgot to remove 4 plastic hooks placed with stickers to hold clothes on the back of the main door, which generated a charge of $325.00. I considered the removal of these hooks by them to be abusive.

read me !

Even though i should be in a bigger unit as communicated with the original lady who i signed my 1st lease with. Not only i haven't be happily moved , in order for me to move i would have to put down ANOTHER deposit just to move units. This place is pretty cool , especially if you are trying to save and wanting a new start . Their smaller unites are reasonable. I don't like how we have to pay extra or even $50 for parking, the parking spaces are so small and so inconvenient. But the gates work and definitely a great thing being on the strip, because it can get a little crazy but oddly a great experience. They do their best to respond to everyone issues. . Been very understanding during covid and has created ways for their tents during these trying times.
