Living at 2312…

Been pretty happy here—the maintenance men are good—front office staff is really nice to me….kelly, francesca——-but y’all are trying to kill me with high rent. Im on a fixed income and it doesnt allow for the increases. My daughter has to help me every month with a little extra money. I know all the apt. Places went up in their rent but i thought it so unfair. You’ve GOT to be making a profit already, so why the increase baffles me.

Great safe home..

Great choice in this chaotic world. Unfortunately rent has gone up( everywhere). But its convenient and the staff work extra hard to make this a place worth staying. Year 5 and resigning lease for another term.

Landscaping

I want to comment on the xeric landscaping on the property. There is very little grass on the property - the only that I know of is in front of the office. All other landscaping is water smart. I find that this is excellent. I'm a scientist that specializes in arid water systems and I also recognize that we have been in a drought in the West for over two decades. The choice of landscaping at 23Twelve Luxe not only saves water, but also money (which I presume is passed on to residents). This environmental responsibility should be commended.

Will tell you anything to get you to Rent

During my tour in October of 2021 was told the hot tub was being repaired. Moved in November 2021, apartment was not in a live-able state. Cabinets did not have doors, appliances were missing. Comparing the quality of the unit provided that was "renovated" vs the show unit there is a night and day difference. The maintenance staff has been great to work with and does quality work when management allows. As for the hot tub we are now at the end of January and am told there is still no approval to fix. This company will lie and deceit you into signing a lease at a "Luxury" property and then give you the run around on everything. Was told today that the hot tubs are not a guaranteed amenity, but is advertised as such on the front page of their website.
