All our units are rented at Market Rent; however, you may qualify for a small contribution based on your total household income. If eligible, your rental rate will be based on approximately 30% of your combined household income.Example 1: Tyler earns $40,000 annually, and their partner earns $30,000. With a contribution, their rent would be $1,750 per month, calculated as (($40,000 + $30,000) * 30%) ÷ 12 months. Example 2: Bill is a single father earning $60,000 annually. With a contribution, his rent would be $1,500 per month, calculated as ($60,000 * 30%) ÷ 12 months.
