My review
Too expensive. This is supposed to be affordable housing, its not.
Overpriced, poorly maintained/would not recommend it at all
They raise the rent every year / not fair market value. Very poor Maintenance. Owners obviously just care about the money and not the people that live here.
No landscaping cleaning
I am paying 30% more this year and the complex doesn't get cleaned and hedges cut. Pool barely open due to 'broken parts'. Obvious the owners don't care, just want their money.
Overall a good place to live
This used to be far from town, but now you have a lot of stores and other businesses very close. The units are nice and modern, you can live pretty comfortably. The only thing is that the maintenance is not as good as it used to be. People, you need to work on that. Overall, I'd recommend it.
