Newer Tenants

This complex used to be quiet and clean. However, lately, we've gained a few newer tenants in the neighborhood that are very rude, loud, and disrespectful. I believe there is an apartment, here, that has 4 children living there alone. The two younger ones leave their scooters everywhere and have no regard for the trash cans. Other tenants in the complex have complained and one noted that he believes one of the kids broke into his vehicle, one night. The children leave trash everywhere and do not pick up after their pet dog. They run in and out of the parking lot, which poses a safety risk on their end, and scream profanities to one another across the lot. I'm not sure who their guardian is, however, it's very apparent these kids came from a bad neighborhood and are bringing their bad habits to our used-to-be quaint Community.

Parking sucks

The only parking available without paying extra is limited. You can pay for covered parking but the majority is covered parking. They charge you 25$ if you have a trash bag outside. I'm disabled and put the bag outside my door for when my husband gets home. Now I leave it inside in the way untill he gets home at 11pm.

It's home

I very much enjoy living here. Great location! Close to San Mateo eateries, down the street from grocery and shops, and near the golf course for a walking/running trail or a round of golf. Close to the freeway as well. Not too noisy, and maintenance is pretty good at responding. Management is very polite and helpful too.
