This is an excellent place to live. Very friendly and helpful staff and close locations to all amenities????.

Since the change in management at 40 St Laurent Street (170 Torbay), the level of service has noticeably declined. The new manager's demeanor is not friendly, and she often quickly assumes that tenants are at fault without proper investigation. This approach to communication is far from ideal. Previously, during the winter, we had excellent support from Dona, the former manager, who made sure to provide three to four shovels for clearing snow in both parking areas. This service was very helpful and appreciated by all the tenants. Unfortunately, this winter, the service quality has significantly dropped under the new management team. Although Killiam reportedly has shovels available for tenant use during heavy snowfalls, the new manager did not provide them, stating that her boss did not allow it. The management team is no longer as friendly or supportive as before, leading to a decline in overall service quality.

Torbay Road Apartments are conveniently located just north of St. John’s vibrant downtown. Many of our apartments have also received upgraded kitchens and bathrooms not to mention new flooring and paint throughout. Dogs under 30lbs are allowed. Parking is available for a fee ($50 per month). Torbay Road is the perfect location whether you are looking to downsize, are a young professional or have a young family.
