Coin Washing Machine

Very disappointed & upset that the Coin Washing Machine was removed. I do not want to use the Credit Card Machines for personal reasons. I now have to go to a Laundromat which is an inconvenience to me.

Noise from tenants

The 2nd and 3rd floors should have wall to wall carpet so the first floor tenants do not have to hear any noise especially in the wee hours of the morning.

Noisy tenantsrosalie

The 2nd and 3rd floor apartments should have carpets in them to block out noise from tenants living above & under them. I have lived in this apartment on the 1st floor for the past three years and am happy with the location which is very convenient to me. I am very disappointed & frustrated with the level of noise with the tenant above me. I have complained to Grace in the office many many times that the noise is happening more in between the hours of 1:00 am & 5:00 am. She said she addressed the issue with the tenant and was told that she does not make noise. Her bedroom is above mine and it is very disturbing & affecting me while I am trying to sleep. I am hoping that this situation gets resolved very soon. Also the building is supposed to be non-smoking building, but there are tenants on multiple floors that effects tenants with Respiratory problems like myself. I am very upset & frustrated with the way this is being handled and should be reinforced. An occasional email was sent out only because it was suggested to the office, but never got resolved. I hope these situations get resolved asap.
