Front Desk Staff at RiverParc Could Be More In Tune

The front desk staff could be more professional or friendly. I see concierge staff on their phone often and sometimes surprised to see people approach the front desk with inquiries. It feels like the front desk is managed by a different office managing the leasing office which is very friendly and professional.
