Good value

The place is good and the amenities are nice. Staff is very responsive, leasing office employees are very respectful and attentive to renter's needs. There are a couple of things that can be improved, though. Some occasional noises from some loud neighbors are a bit annoying; I called a few times to complain but not much happened. You can also hear in the summer the noise of neighboring AC compressors, there is not much the staff can do about it, as they tried sealing and insulating as many as possible. Finally, for some reason, the trash chute gets locked occasionally, so it is frustrating not knowing what to do with the garbage when you really need to throw it away. Other than these small things, I enjoy living in this place.

Enjoyed our 11 months here

I have nothing negative to say about the property. Staff have been great and responsive to our needs. Our limited concerns have all been addressed. The location is great, especially now with Whole Foods down the street and close driving/transit distance to the city.
