720 Monmouth Street is a unique example of Trenton’s rich manufacturing history. Built in 1886, the site was originally home to the Trenton Watch Company, who went through various expansions and changes into the early 1920's.  Each building has unique brick and stone detailing and windows of varying dimensions and styles.  The building has been carefully renovated to retain the iconic, industrial architecture but include high-end finishes and the most modern amenities in both the common areas and the apartments themselves.

I've lived here for 6 months and it's definitely worth living here. I love how peaceful it is. Parking is a nuisance though there is one parking lot for the majority of residents and it's about a block away sand street parking is pretty scarce so it can be annoying but nonetheless, I love it here.

It has gone down hill since we moved in 2017 the maintenance doesnt follow instructions to not come in unless were home they dont keep up on the housekeeping
