Everly is the place to be
We love living here! We moved here 2 months ago and it's been heavenly. Very well-maintained property, the grounds are beautiful. Parking is ample, but our parking area needs patching; there is a pothole forming. Amenities are great but not able to be used. The maintenance could be more constant, i.e., we have a light out near our hallway entrance that has been out for weeks. Few minor items but truly minor.
do we get our pool fees credited to our account
since the announcement that the pool is not going to open, do we get our pool fees back from 2020? and if so why not.
Living here is easy
I have a very private setting with all the amenities of luxury living. The renovated interior offers me my own laundry, modern kitchen and newly refinished hardwood floors. I have my own garage and storage room. When open I use the gym, and pool. The location is very convenient to Routes 280 and Rte 10.
