Overall Great Place To Live - Questionable Staff

Currently, we are in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic. Initially, the staff and team seemed so incredibly accomodating and understanding. I lost a family member to the virus and during her battle, I was helping support, my uncle, as she was the primary breadwinner. I was late for rent a few times (always paid within two weeks of its due date) as I felt like I was apart of a community that cared during these times. In July, the minute the CARES act expired, they turned into hawks. I received an incredibly aggressive call regarding my late rent (yes, my fault) in early August. My rent was due on the 5th and I think I received that call on the 11th or somewhere around there. She said, in a very aggressive and repugnant tone "Hello, you know you're late for rent right? It's unacceptable, we are charging you a late fee. Pay your rent on time." The call went on for about a minute after that then I hung up the phone and felt a little sick to my stomach, I just sent my uncle some money and I knew I wouldn't be able to pay that months rent until the last week of the month but I knew I could pay it just fine. Keep in mind, I am still within the month that the rent was due, I was current other than the month's rent that I owed. I told her when I would be paying that rent. On 8/25 I paid my rent in full at about 10 am. I stayed home for the majority of the day but had plans that night to meet up with a friend. Guess what I found when I left my door? AN EVICTION NOTICE? Keep in mind, my rent was already paid at that point and I WAS CURRENT. They actually initiated the eviction process because I was TWO WEEKS LATE FOR RENT? I was shocked. I felt less than human. I already had a bad taste in my mouth from the prior call. I already paid for my rent. It is sad that the Trump administration is more humane than Hunters Glen. This week they made it illegal for companies to evict tenants. The irony of this all is that I ALREADY PAID MY RENT.

the apartment keep having the knock knock sounds

I have been noticing that the apartment that i'm living in at night always have constant knock or drop sound from upstairs. not sure what is that, but this is worst than quarantine. Also, upstairs that family seems like having party come over. too loud.

1-The parking lot for building 5800 and surrounding units needs to have the spaces repainted badly! 2-The trees need to be cut back that overhang into the parking lot and the grounds need to be spruced up with mulch and new shrubs. badly. 3- someone needs to check the lighting at night due to the decorative lamps having burned out bulbs. 4- there is a never used handicapped only parking space in front of building 57 that is wasting a space in the crowded parking area. Can someone check the renter who originally occupied this space to see if it is still needed and remove it to allow other renter's the needed spot. 5- One more thing, there needs to be something done about old bicycles that are left in the racks that are rusted and obviously old/not used.
