I have lived here 5 months. It is very convenient close to stores and pharmacy plus post office. This community is quiet, I feel safe. I hope they will paint the outside to freshen up the look. I love the inside of my apartment. Friendly and efficient office manager and Maintenance staff. I would definitely recommend living here for anyone else looking to downsize.

Overall, things are okay. But, it still needs the bathroom upgrade, along with the flooring & cabinets Was promised that the bathroom would be taken care of months ago...still waiting

The roof and parking lot have been updated in the past 2 years I lived here, but you's have to ask for a dishwasher in unit since not all of them have one

The noise from neighbors at the apartment I’m in is constant day in and day out, and when I asked to move unit it was approved until recent management change.. I’m not getting calls or emails returned so I wouldn’t recommend it
