Comfortable but...

Staff is an issue. Also the amenities promised were all a lie - gym has been closed even though NJ Governor allows gyms to operate probably bec the staff is too lazy to coordinate a sign up sheet to limit attendance. Any problem is met with 'it's not my fault' or 'call the main owners'. The Sabbath elevator has been shut down for months 'due to Covid.' Not ONE person sees this as logical. We all wears masks in the elevator so what does this have to do with Covid? Nothing. It's pure anti-semitism. Three laundry machines are down at once... who knows when they will get fixed. Water delivery is not allowed to our doors but every other delivery is. They just make stupid rules here and their behavior is never their own fault.... Some maintenance guys are great like Angel and Renato though. The owner is awful. Renter beware...

Review of 215 Passaic Avenue

Bad hot water issues, especially during Covid 19, for 4 and a half years. No doorman, maintenance is poor. Mold in walls. Apartments are beautiful, but the building is not maintained.
