The apartment is situated on the second floor above the owner who is retired and lives year-round. Kitchen includes an oven and stove, microwave, small refrigerator and coffee maker, dishes, silverware, etc. There is a large pantry for the kitchen. The living room and dining area provide a dining table and chairs, entertainment center, television, and tray tables. The bedroom provides a full-size bed and includes a bureau and night table. There are a large closet and a towel closet located in the living room. The bathroom is equipped with a clawfoot tub and shower, but please notice the ceiling in the bathroom floor is very low only 5' 4" near the sink. The apartment is well kept and clean. It's an old house, so only one air conditioning unit is provided for the bedroom and that keeps the rent low. Heat is controlled by the tenant through central heating. The unit is smoke-free. You can smoke outside on the premises in the common area in the back of the house. Apartment is on a nice quiet street away with single family homes where parking is always available off season. In the summer spots are available during the week, but during a summer weekends it is busy. The unit has all new windows and views of clear blue skies and fireworks from the east windows. There is less than one mile access to nearby amenities like beach and boardwalk, entertainment, grocery, pharmacy, laundry and bus station. This unit is ideal for a local mature minded individual seeking a year-round opportunity at a fixed rate. The unit is offered as a monthly lease, but is available for year-round living. Utilities are included in the total rent, but additional utilities can't be added because of the age of the house. Cable and a 2025 UHD smart television with access to apps like Amazon and Netflix provided. Internet is available through Comcast only at the tenants expense.
