i have been living here since april and so far the community has been fine. positives include good amenities, building 3 has elevator, good staff. things that could improve: more bins across the community, quicker response to issues. (building 3 hasnt been working since 2 weeks now, its a open community anyone could walkin. having more stricter entry exit would help since my car which is parked in open space has been scratched twice because its right next to 47th street, a little on the expensive side.

Parking and clubhouse
Frequent parking policy changes causes inconvenience. Increasing difficulty here. Also the earlier management allowed to rent the clubhouse, which the current management doesnt allow. If it could be allowed, it would be great.
