Good location and amenities. Work orders challenged

Love the location. Bad experience with repairs. Multiple issues with heating, broken pipes above bathroom and only way to really get something fixed is to call into the sales line, after creating a work order. Put in as emergency and then after a few days, advise that you need to find an outside Company and that you will need to deduct their bill from your rent......that's how extreme it gets.
