No tent gontrol in hamilton which is absurd. I tealky have no complsints except the yearly rebt inctrases even during a pandemic.
A nice place to live
Ample parking and a nice view off the back deck. Having said that the stairs are noisy and the floor creaky. I live on the top floor so it doesn't bother me but I imagine my downstairs neighbor likes it. People are friendly and maintenance is always there if there's a need.
