What others love about this property:
Worth it
The loft is amazing. Almost no noise heard between units. Parking could be more available but would buy if i could.
Not worth the price
Not a good value for the money. The property is not well maintained in terms of cleanliness. There are no real amenities. A tiny workout room with some equipment you can't even use.
A spacious, clean, great amenity haven
I absolutely love living in Maplewood Lofts. The apartments are spacious, very clean, with updated appliances and the decor is wonderful. The location is close to a lot of stores like Walgreens, food stores, nail salons, and down the road from Target/Whole Foods/Home Depot. Parking is great for guests (you just have to call the car in for overnight parking), and moving in was seamless. This place is great value for a cozy and clean haven.
